I purchased the Grill Master Box specifically for the steaks, because I’ve recently learned to cook steak on the Blackstone and I’m obsessed. I was a little thrown by the price of the box because it seemed very low for 6 steaks (and all of the other things included in the box) compared to what you buy at the grocery store, but I just figured the steaks were thinner and smaller than what you find at the store. Boy, was I wrong. The steaks are HUGE. My next concern was that the meat might be “gamey” since it’s grass-fed and finished (I know nothing about meat, this is just what I’ve heard and I’ve had gamey meat before and am not a fan). Again, I was wrong. Best steak I’ve had, probably ever. It was so tender and flavorful, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to have a grocery store steak again. The burger is also fantastic. I cooked up a patty without seasoning, and it honestly smelled like it was seasoned already. I usually have to season the meat while cooking because I can’t stand the smell of unseasoned raw beef, but that is absolutely not the case with this meat. And it tastes even better than it smells. I will definitely be buying more beef from C4 Livestock!
